Roughly two hours of personalized growth guidance, best practices and direct access for questions you may have regarding the Zoho suite each month. We say roughly because we realize you may need more help in one month than another, so we look at the moving average.

What happens if we go over time?
We look at the moving average, we find that most small businesses don't require that much time commitment in the way of support. If we uncover an opportunity to expand your use of Zoho by implementing a new feature set - that will be scoped as a project outside of the monthly support - at a reduced rate.
Will you charge for "fixing" something you did?
No, we will not. That wouldn't be the right thing to do. We would not count fixing something we were already paid to deliver - not that it happens - but people ask. There are times, however, when the scope of something shifts; in that case, if it is something we can do quickly we will without deducting time.
What kind of response can we expect?
We will provide same day acknowledgement and response depending on the time of day the ticket is raised and our availability. Most of the time, we can respond to straight forward requests within an hour or two. You will have access to a custom helpdesk portal to monitor tickets that are raised by you and/or your team.
Are we signing a contract?
No. You are free to discontinue the support at any time. It is not likely to happen, but in the event you feel you no longer need our expertise, just let us know and we will cancel the service immediately.
Can we use the time for customization / training?
Yes, you can use the time for anything. If we can complete a customization within the time, we will, if it looks as though it will go longer, we will let you know. Same for training.
