That plus the overwhelming feedback from customers how they loved our Cliq support, we decided to create a flat rate monthly program to support growing companies.
This is our most value priced offering - you can lock in lower "rates" by being in the VIP program.
Based on your company drive for business systems excellence, and your budget, you pick the one you want.
If we mutually identify a special project that will require a longer duration of time - not just a quick "little" thing - you gain access to a 12.5% discount on the project pricing.
We also offer nine-hour allocations of time (this has been one of our foundational offerings) as a "reserve". Instead of taking time to scope specific projects, we offer a bucket of available time to work on the items that may take longer (30min +) to pull from. These are also discounted at 12.5%.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will you deduct time for "fixing" something you did?
No, we will not. That wouldn't be the right thing to do. We would not count fixing something we were already paid to deliver - not that it happens - but people ask. There are times, however, when the scope of something shifts; in that case, if it is something we can do quickly we will without deducting time.
What kind of response can we expect?
We will provide same day acknowledgement and response depending on the time of day the ticket is raised and our availability. Most of the time, we can respond to straight forward requests within an hour or two. You will have access to a custom helpdesk portal to monitor tickets that are raised by you and/or your team.
Are we signing a contract?
No. You are free to discontinue your plan at any time. It is not likely to happen, but in the event you feel you no longer need our expertise, just let us know and we will cancel the service immediately.
Can we use the time for customization / training?
Yes, you can use the time for anything. If we can complete a customization within the time, we will, if it looks as though it will go longer, we will let you know. Same for training.
