May 15, 2013 San Diego, CA - BioServ America has selected Edkins Group to assess, design, build and provide ongoing consulting assistance for their Salesforce.com implementation.  The company was acquired earlier this year and the new management team immediately identified a need to put a CRM in place to succeed - after assessing different options (including Zoho) with The Edkins Group's help, they elected to move forward with Salesforce.com with a combination of force.com and traditional sales licenses.

The Edkins Group will be providing deployment as well as support, training and consulting as needed.
