Have you wondered if you could add a call recording to your CRM? Well you can!
If you have Zoho CRM and Ring Central, you may already be aware that anytime you call a contact (with a matching number in the CRM), the call will be logged in the contact's / lead's record in the CRM. But what you may not have known (or looked into) is that you could also automagically have a recording of the call in the same logged record. ** Important Note: Most states have rules surrounding the recording of calls and parties consent - we are neither condoning nor promoting anyone sidestepping the law. Please understand the laws as they relate to your location and business. It is a simple to turn on the feature in the Ring Central system. You can have it automatically record or you a have the option to press *9 to record when on a call. With Ring Central's greeting feature, you could potentially play the consent you hear when you call just about anywhere - that the call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance. But again, look into the rules as they relate with you. Once you've turned it on in Ring Central, there is no further set up. Any call from that point that is being recorded by Ring Central will have a recording in the activity record within Zoho CRM. Super easy. Good selling!
